Sales Executive – Saudi National (Riyadh)

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role is critical for expanding the company’s customer base and maximizing revenue through strategic sales initiatives while maintaining high service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions to drive revenue.
• Prepare accurate quotes and proposals based on customer needs.
• Follow up on open quotes and inquiries to ensure timely conversion to sales.
• Process orders and coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
• Promote brand awareness internally and externally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain professional office wear for face‑to‑face interactions.
• Assist in resolving post‑sale issues or concerns.
• Communicate clearly with other departments to ensure smooth handover from sales to operations.
• Uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Support new‑hire onboarding and training initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably reactive/inbound sales.
• Willingness to visit external sites if required by the business.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
