Business Development Engineer

About the role

MEMF Electrical Industries Co, the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group, is seeking a Business Development Engineer to support the growth of its electrical product portfolio for utility and industrial customers. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building customer relationships, and supporting commercial activities across the power, oil & gas, petrochemical, and mining sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within target sectors.
• Conduct market research to pinpoint potential customers, projects, and opportunities.
• Assist in preparing commercial proposals, presentations, and business reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow‑up on customer requirements.
• Track and update sales pipelines, opportunities, and market activities.
• Analyze market and business data and produce regular management reports.
• Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and business development events.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Good knowledge of the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Mining sectors.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, motivated, and results‑oriented mindset.
