Business Development Executive

About the role

EuroTech is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join its Riyadh office. The role focuses on expanding the company’s footprint in the Kingdom by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across technology, security and audio‑visual solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive EuroTech ME's growth and presence in KSA.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking and cold calling.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create effective lead‑generation and client‑acquisition strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
• Monitor industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities to spot threats and opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline activity and market insights.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure smooth implementation and high client satisfaction.
• Travel to client sites and industry events as required to represent EuroTech.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in business development, preferably within the technology, security or audio‑visual sectors.
• Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills and a history of exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
