Business Development Executive

About the role

Sundus Consultancy, a leading HR solutions provider with a 25‑year legacy in the GCC, is expanding its footprint in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth of our Project HR Solutions across the Eastern Province.

Key responsibilities

• Visit project sites regularly to meet clients, understand workforce needs and promote Sundus services.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for recruitment, outsourcing, payroll, HR consulting and workforce deployment.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business and long‑term partnerships.
• Provide market insights and feedback to support strategic planning.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business development activities.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience visiting and dealing with clients at project sites.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or a related field.
• Existing connections in projects within the Eastern Province.
• Ability to travel extensively across the region.

Required skills

• Knowledge of gate‑pass processes for accessing project sites.
• Familiarity with Saudi labour laws and project compliance requirements.
• Understanding of project staffing models and HR outsourcing practices.
