Business Development Manager FinTech

About the role

Arib, a licensed digital financing brokerage regulated by SAMA, is looking for a Business Development Manager to accelerate its growth in the Saudi FinTech market. Based in Riyadh, you will lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while building lasting partnerships with banks and finance institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities across personal, home, auto, credit card and SME financing segments.
• Develop and negotiate strategic partnerships with banks, finance companies and other ecosystem players.
• Manage end‑to‑end sales processes, including pitching, proposal preparation, and contract closure.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and operations teams to align offerings with market needs.
• Track pipeline, performance metrics and market insights, delivering regular reports to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience driving growth in FinTech, financial services or related sectors.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management capabilities with banking and finance partners.
• Ability to analyse market trends, customer needs and competitive landscapes.
• Data‑driven decision‑making mindset.
