Business Development Manager – Giga Projects (Riyadh)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives within Riyadh’s giga‑projects sector. The role combines advisory expertise, market intelligence and strategic communication to secure new B2B opportunities, manage high‑value bids and build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the giga‑projects landscape.
• Lead end‑to‑end bid processes, including proposal writing, submission and follow‑up.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Perform business and data analysis to assess project feasibility and ROI.
• Maintain strong client relationships through advisory support and strategic communication.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop presentations and marketing materials.
• Design and execute B2B marketing strategies, including content creation and SEO analysis.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and client meetings.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of business development experience, preferably in advisory services and giga‑projects.
• Proven track record in bid management, proposal writing and client relationship management.
• Strong analytical abilities in market research, competitor and data analysis.
• Excellent strategic communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
