Business Development Manager – Interior Design & FF&E

About the role

The Business Development Manager – Interior Design & FF&E will drive new business across residential, hospitality, commercial and luxury sectors. You will build strategic relationships with developers, consultants, architects, project managers and hotel operators to create a robust pipeline of projects and support long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new project opportunities in interior design, fit‑out and FF&E.
• Develop and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, architects, project managers, hotel operators and key decision‑makers.
• Monitor upcoming projects, tenders and market opportunities.
• Arrange meetings and presentations to showcase the company’s services.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Coordinate with design, sales and project teams during proposal and tender stages.
• Maintain an active pipeline and provide regular progress reports.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and networking functions.
• Support negotiations and commercial discussions with potential clients and partners.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of business development experience in interior design, fit‑out, FF&E, luxury retail, hospitality or construction.
• Proven track record of securing high‑value projects.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Established network with developers, consultants, architects, hospitality operators and high‑end residential clients in Saudi Arabia.
