Business Development Manager – IT Staffing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth of our IT staffing and recruitment services in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for expanding our client base across enterprise, government, BFSI, telecom, and technology sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients in target industries.
• Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, CIOs, HR, procurement and technology decision‑makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Promote a portfolio of staffing solutions including contract staffing, permanent recruitment, RPO and workforce services.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and client portfolio in Riyadh/KSA.
• Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to meet client manpower requirements.
• Prepare RFPs, RFQs, proposals, commercial offers and presentations.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and emerging staffing opportunities.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of business development or sales experience in IT staffing, recruitment, staff augmentation or IT services.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi/KSA market with an established client network.
• Proven track record of new client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing or a related field.
