Business Development Manager

About the role

PRECIOSA Lighting is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to expand its presence across Saudi Arabia. You will represent a world‑renowned luxury crystal lighting brand, building relationships with architects, designers, developers and contractors to deliver bespoke lighting solutions for high‑profile hospitality, residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitality, residential, commercial, retail and mixed‑use sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, developers, contractors and clients.
• Promote PRECIOSA Lighting’s decorative lighting solutions and strengthen market presence.
• Track projects from concept and design through tender, award, supply, installation and completion.
• Collaborate with international design, engineering and project teams to deliver exceptional client solutions.
• Represent the brand at client meetings, presentations, exhibitions and industry events.
• Achieve sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within decorative lighting, architecture, interior design, construction or luxury products.
• Existing network within the Saudi architecture, design or construction industry is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive, self‑motivated with a commercial mindset and excellent organizational attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SAP Sales Cloud (advantage).
