Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth by building strong relationships with potential clients, securing commercial deals and sponsorships, and expanding the company’s market presence across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct industry and market research to develop effective sales strategies.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with potential clients to achieve sales targets.
• Partner with relevant companies to generate new business, increase mobile app downloads, and meet revenue goals.
• Tailor sales presentations based on lead type and industry.
• Submit regular activity and results reports, including daily call logs, weekly work plans, and monthly/annual performance summaries.
• Identify solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure targets are met.
• Track client interactions and market opportunities, providing detailed reports.
• Contribute to business evolution by researching effective global business models.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of commercial sales experience with top brands in KSA (e.g., AlMarai, Nestle, Unilever, STC).
• Experience in brand‑activation campaigns, media coverage, or events is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial, self‑motivated, and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (GSuite) applications.
