Business Development Manager

About the role

Al-Ayuni is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth across its infrastructure, construction, industrial and service sectors. The role will be pivotal in expanding market presence, building a robust pipeline and strengthening client relationships in line with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and track new business and project opportunities.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking and sector analysis.
• Lead the preparation of EOIs, RFQs and pre‑qualification submissions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Engineering, Operations) to ensure bid compliance.
• Manage and update the business development pipeline and CRM system.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, consultants and government entities.
• Represent Al‑Ayuni at industry events and exhibitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in business development, project coordination or pre‑sales within infrastructure, construction or industrial sectors.
• Experience in proposal preparation, tendering and market analysis is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and business writing abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
