About the role
The Business Development Manager will drive growth for Averda’s waste management and environmental services in Saudi Arabia. You will identify new market opportunities, engage with clients, and deliver tailored solutions through effective negotiations, quotations, and deal closure while supporting market expansion and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to increase market penetration.
- Identify, originate, and capture revenue‑growth opportunities.
- Create sales frameworks and marketing campaigns to boost customer acquisition and retention.
- Target and expand a customer base to generate significant revenue and market share.
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives and research potential clients.
- Lead and manage a team, ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (MBA advantageous).
- Minimum 10 years of management‑level experience, including at least 5 years in a customer‑facing role.
- Mandatory experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Fluent English; Arabic or Urdu a plus.
- Strong commercial awareness and financial management knowledge.
