Business Development Manager – Oil & Gas

About the role

ASMACS is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead and expand its Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Energy activities in Saudi Arabia. The role will focus on identifying new opportunities, building strategic client relationships and driving tendering and contract acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Eastern Province.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors and key industry stakeholders.
• Lead business development and sales activities, including tendering, pre‑qualification and proposal preparation.
• Support commercial negotiations and contract acquisition.
• Develop growth strategies for the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors and monitor market opportunities.
• Coordinate with technical and management teams to meet client requirements.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective projects and report progress to the CEO.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of business development or sales experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or Energy sector.
• Proven track record in tendering, contract acquisition and client relationship management.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian Oil & Gas market.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and networking abilities.
• Ability to engage senior‑level decision‑makers.
• Relevant experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is highly preferred.
