Business Development Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

IRIS Technology is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead new‑business acquisition across the Saudi enterprise market. This hunter‑focused position owns revenue, gross margin, pipeline generation and deal closure, working closely with senior decision‑makers to expand the company’s client base.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new logo acquisition and achieve assigned revenue and gross‑margin targets.
• Build a qualified pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals and targeted account development.
• Engage C‑level executives, IT and cybersecurity leaders to create and nurture relationships.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans for high‑potential enterprise customers.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal, negotiation and closure.
• Position IRIS Technology’s cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, cloud and IT services solutions to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with presales and technical teams to craft strong technical and commercial proposals.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility and KPI tracking.
• Represent IRIS at customer meetings, industry events and exhibitions across Saudi Arabia.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of B2B technology sales or business development experience.
• Proven track record of generating new enterprise opportunities and closing high‑value deals.
• Commercially aggressive, target‑driven and comfortable engaging senior executives.
• Strong understanding of enterprise‑level cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure and cloud solutions.
