Business Development Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development professional to expand our non-beauty brand merchant network in Saudi Arabia. The role will involve identifying new brand owners and distributors, building long-term partnerships, and driving revenue growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire non-beauty brand merchants and distributors in Saudi Arabia, maintaining a robust cooperative merchant database.
• Lead end-to-end partnership processes, including requirement gathering, proposal creation, negotiation, contract signing, and coordination with operations to ensure successful implementation.
• Monitor performance metrics such as number of partners and gross merchandise value (GMV), analyse data, and optimise strategies to meet targets.
• Gather and report market intelligence on local consumption trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Existing network of non-beauty brand merchants in Saudi Arabia or proven experience establishing such channels.
• Background in business development or operations on e‑commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Noon) is highly preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Strong negotiation abilities and capacity to work under performance pressure.
