Business Development Manager – Utilities & Mining

About the role

Aggreko is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Utilities & Mining sectors, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will lead the sales and marketing strategy across the country, building relationships with senior executives and expanding Aggreko’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue and EBITDA growth by leading field sales teams.
• Develop and maintain deep relationships with C‑level executives in target accounts.
• Identify and grow multiple opportunities within strategic accounts.
• Navigate complex stakeholder organisations and increase share of business in existing key accounts.
• Collaborate with global sector specialists, marketing, and business development teams to create territory‑specific sales strategies.
• Implement robust pipeline management to ensure forecast accuracy.
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and technical specialists to deliver solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience building relationships with senior executives and C‑level stakeholders.
• Successful track record growing business and share of wallet within strategic accounts.
• Background in account management, consulting, or client‑focused solution development.
• Experience navigating complex stakeholder organisations and working in global/matrixed environments.
• Strong CRM management and data‑driven decision‑making capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively with marketing teams to drive lead generation.
