Business Development – Sales

About the role

Professional Touch is seeking a Business Development – Sales professional to drive new opportunities and strategic partnerships for medium to large‑scale projects in architecture, engineering, and real estate. The role focuses on proactive demand generation, stakeholder engagement, and expanding the company’s market presence across Saudi Arabia and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify governmental and funded projects relevant to the company’s services.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in engineering, consultancy, architecture, real estate, and related industries.
• Execute email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and attend industry events to generate leads.
• Maintain a target list of at least 50 industry influencers and engage them regularly.
• Establish connections with multinational firms, international designers, developers, and local CEOs.
• Update CRM daily with meeting notes, business cards, and progress on leads.
• Track and report on progress of Public Investments Fund (PIF) and Ministry of Tourism projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of business development or sales experience in engineering, consultancy, architecture, interior design, contracting, real estate or property management.
• Proven track record of engaging key stakeholders and driving demand for services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and evaluate quarterly performance against targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for daily activity tracking.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
