Chief Executive Officer – Investment (Portfolio > SAR 3B)

About the role

Lead and manage a diversified investment company with a portfolio exceeding SAR 3 billion across public equities, private equity and real estate. The CEO will shape investment strategy, drive growth and create value for the owner.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall investment and growth strategy.
• Lead investment decisions in public markets, private equity and real estate.
• Identify, evaluate and execute high‑value investment and acquisition opportunities.
• Oversee performance, risk and allocation of a SAR 3B+ portfolio.
• Establish and strengthen investment governance, structure and operating model.
• Build relationships with banks, investors, funds and strategic partners.
• Provide regular reporting on portfolio performance, risks and strategic recommendations.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing investment team.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in investment, banking, private equity or asset management.
• Proven track record establishing or leading investment companies or offices.
• Extensive real estate investment experience and strong background in public equity and private equity.
• Experience managing large portfolios, preferably SAR 3 billion or more.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or business; MBA or CFA preferred.
