Civil Engineer – Construction Planning & Supervision

About the role

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team. The role involves planning, supervising, and managing construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with approved specifications, quality standards, and schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate construction activities for infrastructure and building projects.
• Supervise site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage project schedules and monitor progress against timelines.
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to guide execution.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 0–5 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, engineering principles, and industry standards.
• Experience in site supervision and project coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Professional engineering certification is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
