About the role
Masar Recruitment is seeking a Civil Engineer to join a leading operation and maintenance company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The position focuses on overseeing maintenance and operational activities, preparing detailed reports and schedules, and ensuring effective preventive and corrective maintenance.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance and operation activities across facilities.
- Prepare and manage reports, schedules, and documentation related to maintenance tasks.
- Support both preventive and corrective maintenance programmes to ensure asset reliability.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum five years of professional experience.
- At least one year of facilities or operation & maintenance experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
Required skills
- Civil engineering knowledge applied to maintenance projects.
- Facilities management expertise.
- Experience with preventive maintenance processes.
- Familiarity with CMMS/CAFM systems (preferred).
