Civil / Structural Manager

About the role

Parsons Corporation is seeking an experienced Civil / Structural Manager to lead structural engineering activities for the Soudah Development project in Saudi Arabia. The role combines technical leadership with project management to deliver innovative, sustainable structural solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for all structural engineering tasks, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Develop and review structural designs, drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Manage the structural engineering team, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, construction teams, and client representatives for seamless integration.
• Develop and control project schedules, budgets, and resources, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Implement quality control procedures, conduct audits, and promote continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong client relationships, communicate project status, and represent Parsons in meetings and presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in structural engineering and project management.
