Client Advisor – Luxury Watches & Jewelry

About the role

As a Client Advisor you will be a key member of our luxury retail team in Riyadh, delivering exceptional service to customers interested in high‑end watches and jewelry. You will guide shoppers through the buying journey, build lasting relationships with VIP clients, and help the store achieve its sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide product information and personalized recommendations to customers.
• Understand client preferences and suggest suitable luxury watches or jewelry pieces.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of product features, benefits, and new collections.
• Build and manage a database of VIP customers, ensuring regular follow‑up.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well‑stocked.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash and card payments.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily and monthly sales goals.
• Stay informed about current promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably with watches and jewelry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
