About the role
The Sales Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for Arabic‑ and English‑speaking clients, presenting software solutions and managing the full sales cycle. This role combines client communication, proposal development and end‑to‑end ownership of business opportunities. The position reports to the Sales Manager and works closely with the technical delivery team.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver presentations and communicate with clients in both Arabic and English.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline, including prospecting, cold calling, requirement gathering and quoting.
- Prepare customized proposals, negotiate terms and close orders.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure successful solution delivery and maintain relationships for repeat business.
- Track sales metrics and report progress to management.
Required profile
- Strong presentation and communication abilities in Arabic and English.
- Relevant academic qualification or professional training.
- Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the complete sales lifecycle.
