About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Riyadh and Jeddah, supporting the growth of our corporate events and exhibitions business. The role focuses on generating new business, managing client relationships and achieving monthly sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Contact corporate and business clients via phone and other channels to introduce event and exhibition solutions.
- Make outbound calls, follow up leads and schedule appointments for the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, recording all interactions and sales activities.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate event services.
- Support overall sales initiatives and work towards monthly performance goals.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, tele‑calling or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication in English; Malayalam is a plus.
- Friendly, confident and persuasive demeanor with a target‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
- Experience dealing with expatriate or corporate clients is advantageous.
- Basic computer literacy and professional work ethics.
- Female candidates are preferred; South Indian (Kerala) and Pakistani candidates are encouraged to apply.
