Client Services Executive

About the role

SahmSahm is seeking a proactive, customer‑focused Client Services Executive to act as the main liaison between its FMCG clients and internal teams. You will ensure service delivery meets client expectations, drive satisfaction, and support the company’s retail execution solutions across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture strong relationships with assigned clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee timely and accurate service delivery.
• Prepare and deliver client reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
• Monitor service performance, track client feedback, and resolve operational issues.
• Conduct regular client meetings and follow‑up communications.
• Ensure all client commitments and service level agreements are met.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and action plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in client services, account management, or customer success.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong presentation, reporting, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
