Clinical Technical Specialist

About the role

This field‑based position supports the South Region of Saudi Arabia, helping healthcare professionals deliver better hearing outcomes. You will act as a trusted clinical and technical partner, spanning the patient journey from pre‑surgical planning to post‑operative support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical guidance across Cochlear’s cochlear implant and acoustic hearing solutions.
• Support surgeons and clinical teams with surgical planning, intra‑operative assistance, device programming and post‑operative follow‑up.
• Design and deliver practical training for surgeons, audiologists, speech therapists and clinical support teams.
• Facilitate workshops, hands‑on sessions and clinical education programmes, and support the introduction of new products and software.

Required profile

• A degree in audiology, biomedical engineering, healthcare sciences or a related field (audiology preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in clinical audiology or a technical/customer‑facing healthcare environment, including experience supporting surgical procedures.
• Professional fluency in Arabic and English.
• Valid driving licence (or ability to obtain one) and willingness to travel extensively across the South Region.
