Cluster Assistant Sales Manager

About the role

The Cluster Assistant Sales Manager supports the sales team in identifying, pursuing, and converting business opportunities for Marriott properties in Riyadh. The role focuses on building long‑term, value‑based relationships with customers to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with off‑property sales channels to coordinate efforts and avoid duplication.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers through sales calls, FAM trips, trade shows, and community engagement.
• Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and customer correspondence for booked events.
• Identify market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to maximize revenue.
• Support the sales team in closing opportunities that align with location needs and market conditions.

Required profile

• Either a 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field plus at least 2 years of sales/marketing experience, or a 4‑year bachelor's degree in the same fields with no prior experience.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
