Cluster Receiving Clerk

About the role

As a Cluster Receiving Clerk at Hilton, you will ensure the timely and accurate receipt of goods across multiple hotels, supporting seamless operations and helping deliver memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and inspect deliveries, verifying quantity and quality against purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate receiving records and complete required documentation.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Stores, and Accounts Payable to streamline receiving and inventory processes.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies such as shortages, damages, or incorrect deliveries.
• Prepare and issue receiving reports and supporting documents for inventory and financial accuracy.
• Audit daily receiving transactions to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory by ensuring goods are recorded and transferred to appropriate storage locations.
