CNC Maintenance Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CNC Maintenance Engineer to join a leading precision manufacturing business in Dammam. The role involves being the technical authority for CNC machine maintenance across the workshop, ensuring equipment availability and supporting high‑tolerance production for the oil and gas sector.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to breakdowns and diagnose faults on CNC machines and related assets.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Liaise with third‑party service providers and original equipment manufacturers.
• Set up contingencies for safety‑critical equipment issues.
• Contribute to process improvements and QHSE initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager, Quality Leader and senior shop‑floor staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on CNC machine tool maintenance experience.
• Strong ability to work autonomously and make sound technical decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Experience with preventive‑maintenance planning, breakdown analysis and documentation.
