Collections Manager

About the role

Azure is seeking an experienced Collections Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of collocated spaces within its residential compounds in Riyadh. The role ensures that all partner activities align with Azure’s standards and enhance the overall resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and performance of collocated spaces across Azure’s residential compounds.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, operators, service providers, and strategic partners.
• Ensure partners comply with Azure’s operational, branding, health & safety, and community standards.
• Monitor performance, conduct site visits, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with Leasing, Property Management, Operations, Finance, Marketing and other departments for seamless execution.
• Support onboarding and opening of new collocation partners, ensuring readiness before launch.
• Prepare regular management reports on performance, challenges, and recommendations.
• Address operational issues, partner concerns, and escalations promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality, Property Management or a related field.
• 7–14 years of relevant experience in residential or property‑related management.
