Collections Manager

About the role

The Collections Manager will own end‑to‑end receivables and collections for TruKKer’s Saudi Arabia and Bahrain markets, driving down days sales outstanding (DSO) and ensuring healthy cash flow across the enterprise customer portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Own AR/collections targets for KSA and Bahrain, meeting monthly and quarterly cash‑flow goals.
• Manage the full order‑to‑cash cycle, ensuring invoicing accuracy, timely dispatch of invoices/SOAs, dispute resolution and account reconciliation.
• Reduce DSO and overdue ageing through structured follow‑up, escalation paths and payment‑plan negotiations.
• Collaborate with Sales/KAM, Operations and Finance to resolve billing disputes, POD issues and documentation gaps.
• Assess credit risk, recommend credit limits, payment terms and account holds.
• Lead and coach the collections team across both markets, setting targets and monitoring daily activity.
• Maintain ageing reports, provisioning inputs and collection forecasts for management.
• Handle escalated and legal‑stage accounts, coordinating with legal and external agencies.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and VAT/e‑invoicing requirements in KSA and Bahrain.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field; CA/CPA/MBA preferred.
• 6–10 years of B2B collections / accounts receivable experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Prior GCC experience, especially in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
• Proven track record of DSO reduction and recovery of aged receivables in a high‑volume environment.
• Experience in logistics, transportation or supply‑chain industry is preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic strongly preferred.
• Valid KSA driving licence and willingness to travel to Bahrain as needed.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Familiarity with KSA VAT/e‑invoicing (ZATCA) requirements.
