Commis 3 – Kitchen Role in Jabal Omar, Saudi Arabia

About the role

The Commis 3 will support the kitchen operations at Jumeirah Jabal Omar, a luxury hotel in the Holy City of Makkah. Working in a fast‑paced environment, the successful candidate will assist in preparing, seasoning and presenting a wide range of dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food quality.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, measure, mix and prepare meal ingredients, sauces and seasonings.
• Wash, peel and chop vegetables, fruits and meats according to recipe specifications.
• Apply proficient knowledge of cutting, seasoning and marinating different meats.
• Prepare salads, sauces and plated dishes with precise presentation.
• Follow established recipes and plating guides to exact specifications.
• Maintain proper stock levels in refrigerators and freezers and document inventory.
