About the role
You will be directly involved in taking and placing food and beverage orders for guests, coordinating service requirements for room service, and assisting guests with menu information in a helpful manner.
Key responsibilities
- Take and place guest orders for food and beverages.
- Coordinate service requirements addressed to room service.
- Assist guests regarding menu items, beverage lists and promotions.
- Maintain full knowledge of menu items, preparation methods and promotions.
- Follow safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
Required profile
- Previous experience as an Order Taker or similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- In‑depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu items and ingredients.
- Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
