Community Manager

About the role

Sanabil Studio’s venture studio is building a curated early‑stage founder community in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a Community Manager to own the end‑to‑end experience – membership, rituals, events, offerings and performance measurement – to make the Hub the place every early‑stage founder wants to join.

Key responsibilities

• Lead community, events, performance and offerings as an integrated activation function across all Sanabil Hub programs.
• Plan and run a consistent event cadence (founder dinners, masterclasses, demo nights, AMAs, partner sessions, flagship events).
• Manage the full event lifecycle: brief, run‑of‑show, speakers, registrations, hosting and follow‑up.
• Own the community scorecard (attendance, NPS, repeat‑visit rate, new members, founder pipeline contribution).
• Maintain a single source of truth for members, events, deals and partner engagement.
• Activate alumni and senior operators as a living layer of the community.
• Partner with accelerator, venture studio and talent program teams as equal stakeholders.
• Serve as MC or moderator when needed.

Required profile

• 4–7 years building communities, programs or operator‑facing events in venture, accelerator, startup or premium hospitality contexts.
• Experience running a recurring event cadence at scale with measurable results.
• Experience originating partnerships and negotiating commercial terms.
• Ability to make clear, structured decisions under pressure and own KPIs.
• Highly organized with a reliable work‑management system.
• Comfortable working with data: pulling, interpreting and presenting it clearly.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; able to move between founder conversations, partner negotiations and leadership updates.
• Willing to work an event schedule that includes evenings and occasional weekends.
• Bonus: existing network in the Saudi or GCC founder ecosystem and prior experience with a VC platform team.
