About the role
Visa is seeking a strategic senior manager to lead the commercialization of sponsorship assets across the CEMEA region. You will shape the sponsorship portfolio, create pricing frameworks, and work closely with regional teams to deliver consistent client value and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive the sponsorship commercialization strategy aligned with client priorities and the CEMEA roadmap.
- Set commercial guardrails and design standardized pricing methodologies to ensure consistent margins across assets.
- Develop sales materials and client‑ready playbooks to support robust sell‑in of sponsorship programs.
- Design and implement asset resale models and tracking mechanisms to maximize utilization and revenue.
- Partner with regional teams, finance, and global sponsorship groups to monitor pipelines, report performance, and optimize asset deployment.
- Support renewal strategies through performance insights and forward‑looking recommendations.
