Construction Foreman

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to lead and oversee construction and drilling projects from start to completion. The role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and supervise daily construction and drilling activities on site.
• Monitor progress against project timelines and budgets, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain workflow.
• Prepare and maintain accurate site reports, documentation and records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising construction or drilling sites.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, equipment and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Leadership capability to manage crews and subcontractors.
