Project & Stakeholder Manager

About the role

Assystem is seeking a Project & Stakeholder Manager to lead complex engineering projects in Al Khobar. The role covers end‑to‑end project delivery, coordination of multidisciplinary teams, and active management of Saudi authorities and utility stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects and design packages from initiation through planning, design development, approvals, tender support and close‑out.
• Develop and maintain the Project Execution Plan, defining scope, milestones, responsibilities and communication protocols.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams (architecture, civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, telecom, utilities, etc.) to ensure delivery within approved programme, budget and quality standards.
• Monitor progress against baseline schedules, initiate corrective actions, and support earned‑value management and performance reporting.
• Develop and implement a Stakeholder Management Plan, maintaining registers, tracking actions and escalating issues as needed.
• Coordinate with Saudi authorities (SEC, NWC, CST, STC, RCJY) to obtain permits, approvals and NOCs, preparing authority approval matrices and technical submissions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects from initiation to close‑out, preferably in the energy or nuclear sector.
• Familiarity with Saudi regulatory bodies and utility stakeholders, with ability to secure approvals, permits and NOCs.
