About the role
We are seeking a Construction Foreman to lead and oversee construction and drilling projects from start to completion. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. You will act as the main point of contact between clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all on‑site construction and drilling activities.
- Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate daily with clients, subcontractors, and material suppliers.
- Monitor safety compliance and enforce site regulations.
- Prepare and review progress reports and documentation.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a foreman or site supervisor in construction and drilling.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, drilling techniques, and site safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
