Construction Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Lead to oversee day‑to‑day execution of site activities across our projects, ensuring delivery aligns with specifications, timelines, safety standards and design intent.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work progress aligns with planned targets.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers and Foremen to ensure execution readiness.
• Verify availability of drawings, materials, and manpower before starting activities.
• Monitor site progress and report delays, risks, and blockers in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and support QA/QC inspections.
• Implement corrective actions and minimize rework or quality issues.
• Enforce HSE requirements and promote a strong safety culture on‑site.
• Submit accurate daily progress reports and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Support and guide site teams to improve performance and execution efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture or construction technology.
• 6–8 years of experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequences, site execution and material compliance.
• Familiarity with QA/QC processes and HSE standards on‑site.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and coordinate effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
