Structural Engineer – Water Storage Tanks Project

About the role

House of Consulting Office for Consulting Engineers Co. (HCO) is a leading multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our team for the Water Storage Tanks – Hub 6 & 8 Project in AlUla.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise structural construction activities related to water storage tanks and associated structures.
• Review structural design drawings, shop drawings, calculations, material submittals, and method statements.
• Monitor reinforced concrete works, foundations, tank structures, and related civil works.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and quality standards.
• Coordinate structural works with civil, mechanical, electrical, and utility disciplines.
• Review and manage technical documentation such as WIRs, MIRs, RFIs, and NCRs.
• Identify structural issues and provide technical recommendations and solutions.
• Support testing, inspections, project closeout, and final handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant structural engineering experience.
• Strong experience in water storage tanks, reinforced concrete structures, and infrastructure projects.
• Previous PMC/consultancy experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, technical coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
