Construction Manager – Roads & Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Construction Manager specialized in roads and infrastructure to lead site operations from groundbreaking to final handover. The role requires overseeing technical execution, managing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the full lifecycle of road and infrastructure construction projects.
• Ensure strict adherence to technical specifications, quality control, and HSE standards.
• Manage and supervise site engineers, subcontractors, and coordinate with consultants and municipal authorities.
• Oversee earthworks, subgrade/sub‑base preparation, paving, asphalt laydown, and drainage/utility installations.
• Monitor project timelines using Primavera P6 or MS Project, control site budgets, and resolve technical bottlenecks promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in road construction, including at least 5 years in a Construction Manager or Site Manager role.
• Strong leadership, site organization, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Expertise in asphalt mix testing and soil compaction.
• In‑depth knowledge of road construction methodologies.
• Proficiency with project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Experience using site management software.
