About the role
DAAD Global is seeking a technically strong HVAC Engineer to lead projects from design review through testing, commissioning, and handover in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on end‑to‑end HVAC execution, including technical submittals, site supervision, procurement support, cost tracking, and progress reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead HVAC projects from design review through testing, commissioning and handover.
- Prepare and manage technical submittals and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Supervise site installation activities and coordinate with contractors.
- Support procurement activities, track costs and report progress to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on HVAC execution experience.
- Experience with VRF, chillers, packaged units and chilled water systems.
- Knowledge of ASHRAE and SMACNA standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel.
