Construction Project Manager

About the role

Al Ajmi Company is looking for a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead innovative projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing construction initiatives from concept to completion while ensuring they meet quality, time, and budget targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full construction project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to execution and hand‑over.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project specifications.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, allocating resources and adjusting timelines as needed.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses and keep costs within approved limits.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Lead, mentor and motivate project team members to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
