Construction Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead daily site operations, ensuring that all construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications, quality standards, and schedules. The role involves coordinating subcontractors, supervising site teams, and supporting the timely delivery of large‑scale building and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring compliance with specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
• Direct subcontractors and monitor their work for safety, efficiency, and adherence to approved procedures.
• Manage material requisitions and resource availability to keep project timelines on track.
• Conduct regular site inspections, enforce HSE regulations, and investigate any incidents.
• Oversee excavation, dewatering, shoring, foundation works, concrete, masonry, carpentry, pipe laying, and shuttering activities.
• Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical and site‑related issues.
• Maintain progressive punch lists and ensure all outstanding works are completed before handover.
• Monitor workforce attendance, productivity, and performance, and lead daily toolbox talks.

Required profile

• Diploma in Engineering, Civil, Architecture or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience on large‑scale building and infrastructure projects, preferably with GCC exposure.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, material specifications, HSE regulations, QA/QC procedures, and risk management.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced construction environment.
