About the role

Bayut, the leading property portal in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a creative Content Creator to produce engaging visual and video assets that showcase the brand, its listings, and market trends. You will work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure all content aligns with Bayut’s brand voice and drives audience interaction on social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand‑building content for social media, highlighting properties, lifestyle, and real‑estate trends.
• Create high‑quality visual and video assets tailored to each platform while maintaining consistent brand tone.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with campaigns and business objectives.
• Stay updated on real‑estate and digital‑marketing trends to produce relevant, engaging material.
• Monitor and analyze content performance, applying data‑driven improvements.
• Tell Bayut’s story through innovative storytelling that captivates target audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, preferably within real‑estate or lifestyle sectors.
• Proven track record of producing high‑quality written, visual, and video content.
• Experience managing content for social media platforms, blogs, and websites.
• Strong understanding of social‑media trends and audience preferences.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and storytelling.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
