Contract Administrator

About the role

The Commercial / Contract Administrator will oversee contractual, commercial and cost‑related matters for construction projects. You will ensure contracts are administered correctly, monitor financial performance and support change and claims processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Administer construction contracts, verify contractor compliance and maintain contract records.
• Monitor project costs, prepare cost forecasts, financial reports and commercial performance dashboards.
• Manage variation orders, contract amendments and change requests, assessing cost and schedule impacts.
• Assess contractual entitlement for claims, prepare responses and support dispute resolution.
• Review interim payment applications, verify quantities, progress and milestones before certification.

Required profile

• Minimum 96 months (8 years) of experience in contract administration within construction projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial, cost and risk management principles.
