Contract Manager – AlUla

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Contract Manager to join our team in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. You will oversee the full contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to administration and compliance, ensuring contractual obligations are met while protecting the company’s interests.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review and negotiate complex contracts with clients, vendors and partners.
• Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulations.
• Monitor contract performance, identify discrepancies and resolve issues proactively.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for contract‑related risks.
• Support claims management, including preparation, evaluation, negotiation and resolution.
• Analyze contract terms to safeguard organizational interests and ensure clear understanding.
• Collaborate with project managers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and address contractual challenges.
• Maintain comprehensive contract documentation for audit purposes.
• Develop and implement efficient contract management processes and best practices.
• Assist in dispute resolution and participate in tender phases by providing strategic input.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in contract management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial practices and risk management principles.
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage complex contracts.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, innovative environments.
