Contract Manager

About the role

TBH is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join its Riyadh team and support a major complex project. The role is embedded within a contractor project team and focuses on commercial, contractual, and claims management throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver contract management, claims and dispute resolution services, including contract preparation and progress claim validation.
• Provide contract advice on time and cost management clauses and specifications.
• Review, interpret and analyse contractual entitlements, delays, variations and associated cost impacts.
• Assess delay mitigation strategies, corrective actions and cost implications to support commercially sound recommendations.
• Prepare high‑quality client deliverables and support project stakeholders in achieving project objectives.

Required profile

• Consultant‑level professional with strong technical capability in contract management, claims and dispute resolution.
• Well‑developed industry knowledge and commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to manage complex deliverables and mentor junior team members.
• Experience working on Middle‑East projects is essential.
