Contracts & Agreements Specialist

About the role

The Contracts & Agreements Specialist supports the Contract & Agreements function within Legal Affairs, ensuring contracts, agreements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are drafted, monitored, and documented in line with company policies. The role works under the supervision of the Supervisor – Contracts & Agreements and protects Dammam Airports Company’s contractual rights and interests.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and update contracts, agreements, amendments and renewals using approved templates.
• Identify contractual rights, obligations, liabilities and performance requirements.
• Assist in negotiations, prepare comparison documents and coordinate inputs from technical, commercial, financial and operational teams.
• Prepare, review and maintain SLAs, track performance, and report gaps or non‑compliance.
• Maintain contract and SLA records, monitor major milestones and support the preparation of notices, letters and reports.
• Coordinate with stakeholder departments, support performance reviews and refer disputes or high‑risk matters to the Supervisor.
• Generate periodic status reports, dashboards and contribute to continuous improvement of contract management systems.
