Contracts Management Supervisor

About the role

The Contracts Management Supervisor leads the contract lifecycle for vendors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal policies and organizational standards. Working autonomously with minimal direction, the role coordinates with legal, enforcement, and operational teams to negotiate, prepare, and monitor contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with Legal & Enforcement to prepare and negotiate contracts, letters of intent, and related legal documents.
• Renew, update, and document contracts in line with ZATCA’s policies, handling modification requests and assessing penalties.
• Develop and monitor vendor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), generate performance reports, and collect feedback on product quality, cost, and delivery.
• Evaluate claim notices, negotiate resolutions, and protect organizational interests.
• Prepare termination or warning letters as directed and maintain an up‑to‑date approved supplier list.
• Support junior staff through training, task delegation, and escalation of complex issues.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (field not specified).
• Experience in contract administration, vendor management, or related procurement functions.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and guide junior team members.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of contract preparation and negotiation processes.
• Knowledge of legal compliance and policy implementation.
